• Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Hours/Week: 40 guaranteed

Compensation

• Gross Weekly Pay: $2,800
• Taxable Pay: $1,000/week
• Non-Taxable Pay: $1,800/week
  

Role Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing education programs
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with training standards and best practices
• Collaborate with leadership on staff development and quality improvement
  
  

✅ Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maine or compact state
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
• Experience in staff education or clinical training strongly preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
