POSITION SUMMARY – RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES – Utilization management, care coordination, discharge planning, revenue integrity

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – NH/compact RN license; BLS; 2 years acute hospital case management experience; Critical care experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 8:00AM - 4:30PM M-F with weekend rotation

SYSTEMS – Midas

START DATE – ASAP
